My service rep was amazing! She definitely went above and beyond to not only keep me updated but also to ensure my car was returned to me-she went out of her way to have it delivered while I was working out of town! I would definitely use caliber again especially because of her.

This was a great repair! My car looked better than new when I picked it up. But honestly, here's what I really liked about the process. 1) I was given information about my vehicles status regularly. There was no guessing on what was happening. 2) The representative was easy to communicate with on any questions that I had. 3) picking up and dropping off my rental vehicle from thier location made my life much easier. I didn't need two vehicles and two drivers for pick up and drop off. These things solidified my future use of Caliber Collision if I unfortunately damage my vehicle again.
