Caleb was excellent to deal with. Unfortunately the people doing the actual repair aren't very detail oriented and my truck had to go back to them 3 times before the bumper was back to the way it was from the factory.

The hatch does not close with the same alignment as it did before the accident.

The alignment on the grill is off center. Missed a spot in the paint repair process. Fitment of the bumper cap is off. And someone took my plug in diagnostic reader and one of the screws out of the bracket that holds it on. Should I continue?
