I just can’t say enough about Caliber Collision! This vehicle repair business is outstanding!! Mr. David Matheny was my Service Advisor and he took excellent care of me and stayed in constant communication with me! They were super fast and the repair to my vehicle was flawless! Absolute worst experience from start to finish. Poor customer service, poor or non existent communication. 2 week lead time turned into 6 weeks. Called the corporate line a filed a complaint with zero follow up after talking with a rep. Car was released and repairs are still not completed, citing parts are discontinued. A complete disaster from start to finish. Two weekly time turn into six weekly time absolutely no communication. Avoidance by your shop manager. I actually called your corporate office and complained and they were supposed to call me back and have the regional manager. Call me that still did not happen, now I have my car back it is still not 100% repaired as the shop is claiming the parts are discontinued and cannot find them the parts based on this information I will never take another one of my personal or work vehicles back to caliber collision
