I am very happy with the customer service at Caliber Collision. They were always courteous and professional. The transformation of my car went from a crunched up bumper and broken lights to looking like brand new. Great work and I will recommend them.

I didn’t hear a word from them from the time I dropped the car off last Monday until I got the call that it was ready today. I know now that their phone was out but there are other ways to communicate. I’m happy with the repair but the customer service could use some work.

Overall I am very. Pleased however there was a minor occurrence when I took my vehicle in of shop drama.. From that point in I was on guard but overall I was very impressed with the work done and the ability to speak with management
