Jamie is a great asset to your company. He is very polite and professional. He helped me to get the best repair done to restore my truck but I am not satisfied with the rule of taking my car as a collateral or hostage until the insurance pays you. I should not be punished for bringing my car to get fixed. I should not be left without a car because of the insurance fault. It should be between Caliber and Geico not the customer. It should be another way for you to get your payment without incapacitating me as a car owner. Any way if that would happen, I should have been told before I brought my car to the repair shop. If I knew I might have made a different decision. I should not be punished in that way. The repair took a whole month to be completed due to the insurance lagging and Caliber rules. Thanks for fixing my car in a great shape.
