My car was dirty when I picked it up like it wasn’t through the car wash at all or wiped down, it was greasy and dirty inside. Also my steering wheel was damaged and they didn’t include that in the estimate

It was a pretty good job overall but my car was pretty dirty when I picked it up like it wasn’t cleaned at all and I was there for a theft incident with my car and my steering wheel is damaged and that was missed during the whole process

The crew completed the work a week sooner than expected! Hood dents from fallen object of a truck on highway were no problem to make good as new! Paint matched well, car clean when picked back up. Office staff was great throughout process.

I mean the repair was done right a little disappointed at the cleanliness of my car considering they had it a whole month and a week and everyone else got there’s vacuum out

The vehicle was repaired awesomely the communication was awesome as well my girl kept us informed but I picked calibur because of the awesome reviews a lot of people said there vehicle returned vucumned mine did not while others received a vacuuming I deff did not everything else was perfect it’s just when I read the reviews and other peoples car got vacuumed and mine didn’t I felt I wasn’t as important but the car was repaired perfectly it took a month and a week because my parts was hard to find as my car is 3 years old

I have no idea how your team could match the color of a metallic burgundy spoiler on a car that is 15 years old. I am amazed. I was told by another car repair.guy that it could not be done.

Got the call to pick up the car when arrive at the house rear bumper, tail lights, black trim was falling apart. I did send it back they did reinforce everything but not to factory specs. Big mistake taking the car to them.
