Dave was great and kept me informed the entire time they had my car. The two women at the front desk were SO nice every time I called and extremely helpful in person. I had a car seat and rental car I had to deal with and they never treated me like I was annoying when I would have to go back and forth on pick up or drop off due to the car seat. Both times I went in the phones were ringing and people lined up and they both were patient and nice with everyone! Dave took time to explain any question I had and he was also very busy! This was a night and day difference from the last time I got rear ended and had to get my car fixed at a different body shop. I won’t use anywhere except MJ caliber collision for body work if needed again! Thank you!! Macy

The Estimated day of completion was set back two times. When the car was finally finished, there was some paint damage on the car. And some missing screws, holding in a part under the hood.

I noticed a shiny substance on steering wheel and gear selector upon pick up that will not come off. I also notice overspray on b and c pillars that does not come off with cleaning. I want this cleaned properly or new steering wheel and replace b and c pillars. Technicians need to be cognizant of what is on their hands before moving vehicle. Completely unacceptable and will not recommend if not satisfied. I also see ripples on drivers side door that was allegedly repaired.

Body work on door is terrible, wavy and not blended and substance that does not come off from steering wheel and gear shifter from someone’s hands when they moved vehicle. Would not recommend Caliber.

I picked up my car from Caliber Collision in Mt. Juliet earlier than the estimated completion date, which I appreciated. The repair timing was great and I was happy about that part of the experience. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition of my car when I received it back. The inside and outside of the vehicle were extremely dirty and very dusty — honestly dirtier than when I dropped it off. My family takes pride in keeping the car very clean, especially the interior, so it was upsetting to see footprints near the driver seat and trash left in the back of the car. I understand repair work can get messy, but I expected the vehicle to be returned in clean condition or at least close to how it was received. The early completion was a positive, but the lack of care with cleanliness left a bad final impression.
