The repair itself was fine however they ended up breaking the door handle on the right passenger side and if I hadn’t checked it, they wouldn’t have known

I think we could do better because the information to pick up the car with miscommunicated twice and I had to leave work twice and unfortunately that made a huge impact on my work. Also, I wasn’t well informed on some things and I think that could do better.
