Very very very unlikely I had an horrible experience truly. I’m honest, they aren’t at all. Horrible people I encountered and experienced. Never again especially the general manager in that location he’s very rude to disabled veterans also he doesn’t care.

Horrible communication, caused delay in repairs, lied and was consistent with the lie told after being caught in it, took no accountability. Aubrey was great. Others were horrible people they definitely don’t care for other people or their situation, they just want the money. Tried to get me to take an incomplete vehicle after someone else was at fault for hitting me took 2 months to complete. I was left without transportation caused by their delay no accountability ill never go here again.

The phone system is embarrassing. Receiving multiple text messages that confirmed the work was being completed was unnecessary. Getting a sudden call that my vehicle is done a week before promised was unexpected. Seems like the bodyshop might not be talking to the front office
