Extremely satisfied with Service Advisor John Murphy who immediately made the decision to replace the damaged rear hatch/door assy in lieu of attempting repair. Also extremely happy the damaged exhaust system components were replaced in lieu of attempying repairs. Also, paint-matching is superb; we can't notice any difference between factory paint & paint applied by Caliber
