I'm so glad that charleston sent my car to merrils inlet. John was so great. Always communicating with me each step. Made sure I had everything I needed to know and was helpful at end when I noticed a blemish upon picking it up. The one staff member in charleston who sits at front desk needs a refresher in customer care because her tone wasnt appreciated. Thank goodness for John!!.
