I was extremely happy about their customer service and results. Being rearended was a mess all around, losing my car when I'm a single mom with a toddler and 3 dogs is stressful. Caliber got my car back to me weeks earlier than anticipated and it looks exactly the same as when it was new! Thank you for getting me back my mom-mobile!!

John my mechanic was professional and trustworthy. The whole process was seamless and the repairs were finished 4 days ahead of schedule! The receptionist was also extremely helpful and friendly. Loved my experience at caliber collision murrells inlet.

Another excellent job by Caliber Collision of Murrells Inlet. Workmanship on repaired area was perfect and buffing of (12 year old original paint areas) made them look as close to new as possible, too. John kept me fully informed and orchestrated the Enterprise car rental with perfect receive/return timing. I'm very glad that USAA chose Caliber Collision of Murrells Inlet as my agent/service provider for this work. I'm a completely satisfied customer.
