Justin, the technician in charge of my vehicle, was able to work with my crazy schedule. There was always an estimated time for pick up but my vehicle was not finished to his satisfaction meaning he needed more time. I agreed and was able to turn in my loaner vehicle early. I was vacationing for 2 weeks which helped him immensely. All the repairs were done expertly right down to the paint job. The joints matched up nicely. Can’t tell it was ever damaged. Very pleased with his truthfulness and expertise.

I was approved for a used wheel not a refurbished one. The wheel that I received was a used refurbished wheel. The finish on a refurbished wheel only lasts about 3 years and a factory finished wheel will last much longer when taken care of properly.

Did not get an explanation as to why my taillights were not 100 percent correctly installed. The taillights have 2 pieces, they install the main piece and left the second piece from the previous one amd left the brand new second piece in the box in the back of my trunk, I guess im supposed to finish the installation. So 9 out of 10 had they fully installed my taillights correctly it would have been a 10 out of 10. Really quite frustrating to be honest. Such a simple thing to install and yet they didnt, amd I didnt even get a explanation as to why. Unbelievable over 7 grand my insurance paid.
