Very glad this (new and nearby) Caliber Collision facility is USAA's provider for my area.

Excellent body repair and paint job. Also buffed the entire car to reduce the contrast between the new paint job and original (12 year old) paint job. Also cleaned the car's interior thoroughly-- the best it's looked in years.

John briefed me on steps involved and kept me up to date with timely status reports. (Repairs were delayed due to late arrival of some parts caused by road-flooding from Hurricane Florence. John made himself immediately available when I arrived at the facility; he also handled all loaner-car arrangements/activities.
