Caliber made my experience so easy from being greeted by Heather who had all info about my car and called for the rental co. To pick me up. Then Mike text every step of the way with updates. They did an outstanding job on my repairs. I was treated with such respect, the receptionist was very knowledgeable and professional. She walked me through the entire process. The rental arrangements were easy and I was picked up by Enterprise at Caliber Collision. I would highly recommend using them if you ever have an accident.

Not happy the back rear driver panel is still dented in versus the passenger side rear panel which is near perfect. I had to use goo gone on my windows from some dried compound on all rear windows.
