The staff at Caliber's is very friendly. I received text alerts to keep me up to date on the progress of my vehicle, which I really liked. They were able to check in my rental car which was super convenient. I would use them again if needed.

Fantastic customer survive!!! Best experience I’ve had in my life anywhere. So easy and enjoyable. One downside is my blinker blinks twice as fast now and the sound is a little bit annoying but other than that, they did everything great. Cameron was super helpful and honest which was so refreshing

It concerns me to see a disconnect of quality between the GM and the team. If you are looking to "Restoring the Rhythm of your life" like the motto says just admit it's not done and get it to us in proper shape. When it is our only vehicle to have to bring it back and potentially loose it for another weekend was not great to hear. Once again Eric made it right but not great when staff speed the process and skip steps.

A lot more scratches in the car then first started and wasn't fully put back together when we received it back. The overall repair job looks pretty good.

They have absolutely the best customer service in the industry that I've ever had.The pleasure of having experience with,, Their workmanship and finished product is second to none outstanding. I appreciate them greatly and even on an older vehicle like mine is they have the technological expertise in the knowledge, a word of source, the parts and bring it back to looking like new again. I highly recommend anybody who is an unfortunate enough to be in a situation where you need a body shop that you would choose , caliber collision , they're awesome and I rate them highly lifetime warranty

I was trying to replace the passenger side headlight bulb. Because the low beam element was blown out and it only worked in high beams but I had a heck of a time once I took the bowl about bout, I put the new bulb in, but I had a heck of time getting the bull back in and the faster twist locked back around the housing to hold it in. And when I finally did that twist lock the holds the bulb into the headlight.Doesn't even lock into place, it just spins freely either way.So it could vibrate loose,,?? I also found one of the new ground cables was not screwed down.It's just sitting there on the new fender , on the inside

So far so good on repair of my car. I picked up on a Friday, but a part for right side view mirror was not there yet, some delivery issue one week went by so I called Caliber Collision, they said they would check into it. A couple hours later they called me, they found it. I wonder how long it would of taken them to call me in the first place?
