So far so good on repair of my car. I picked up on a Friday, but a part for right side view mirror was not there yet, some delivery issue one week went by so I called Caliber Collision, they said they would check into it. A couple hours later they called me, they found it. I wonder how long it would of taken them to call me in the first place?

It was an excellent experience overall. Caliber Collision was easy to schedule, the repair was done quickly, and the communication was too notch. The reason not for a 10 there was a ton of over spray on the passenger front door window. I had to spend about an hour with a razor to try and clean it off. I have not had a chance to check I got it all.
