Everything looks great. It took a long time, but that was mostly due to back-ordered parts which is a nationwide problem right now anyway. I would have been more annoyed with the delay, but they really took the time to contact me and update me often about what was going on and assure me that they were keeping me as a priority.

When my car overheated after the repair they took ownership of the problem immediately. They found one of the censors wasn’t plugged in properly and fixed the issue. They went above and beyond what was necessary to assure I was satisfied with the repairs.

It was a bit confusing when they were explaining the difference in leaving my vehicle there vs driving it back home and waiting till they are ready. It didn’t make sense and I asked an associate to explain it better. The girl at the front desk felt the need to get the last word and felt she needed to correct me in what I said to the other associate. I felt I had a pretty good grasp on what literally came out of her mouth. No apologies from her, just felt like she needed the last word, which whatever. Other than that they gave great updates via text throughout the process. They were very flexible in when I could pick up the vehicle and very friendly when they explained the process before and after.

It was the best experience with a body shop EVER!! From the front desk lady who was Johnny on the spot with paperwork. To the man that runs the shop who is on another level! I meet some of the shop guys also! You will not find a better TEAM of people to fix you back up and get you happily back on the road! I will gladly recommend this team to anyone who asks my advice! They made is so simple and easy for me! I also got my truck back ahead of schedule!
