Caliber (1st st in Nampa) completed my repairs timely and I have no complaints. I got into an accident at 34 weeks pregnant and was worried my car would not be done before baby was born. They were able to get it done with plenty of time and made me feel so much relief! They communicated effectively and made sure I was involved through the whole process. Thank you!

Very happy with the shop who repaired our vehicle but we do have an issue with Safeco. Quoted a price in person and on paper then after we picked up vehicle we received call from Safeco deductible had changed and we owed more. After one conversation to dispute I was told I would receive a call back and no call. I’ve left messages and no returned call. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The shop needs to be paid and Safeco needs to pay it.

My only recommendation would be to speed up the initial inspection. It took less than 15 minutes to complete but had to wait two weeks for an appointment.
