The Caliber collision crew were very professional from the first minute I stepped on site. They were courteous and polite. They gave me an estimate walked me through it. I called my insurance and they sent caliber collision a ticket. I drop the car off, was given an estimate of completion and told I would be updated of progress. They were true to their word, kept me updated and had it done on the expected due date.I am very happy with caliber collision and would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you

It appears when my bumper was dropped, it got some deep scratches. Other than that, everything else was great. I was shocked to see my car detailed and gas tank filled and thoroughly appreciated that.

Everything was completed and looked great. The texts are nice updates. It would nice if they were more specific about what is going on, but it was good to know that someone was taking care of it and a date when it would be completed.
