The paint blended very nice as you did not paint the whole bumper. They did a good job on the repair and it was done super fast. Did not expect it to be done in less than a week.

Due to the robotic nature of the check in process I would recommend another shop. They did fine it was just impersonal. I felt like just another customer in a wave of customers. My experience with thr other shop was much more personal. Its just a different way of doing business is all. Not a fan of yours. Just my opinion. Again the employees did nothing wrong.

The car was done way faster than I thought it would be done and faster by a week than the rep quoted. Hoping they did not rush the job and cause more issues down the road. But so far everything is ok. The paint blending was good.

After being to another shop in town for a different car accident I was not a fan of the canned speech at the counter. We heard it 3 times while waiting. The other company made me feel important and not just another customer. The whole experience was very im personal. But thats the way of corporate America...and for sure that office felt robotic. The people did nothing wrong, they were trained to be that way by corporate ,but as a consumer was not a fan of the experience. Just sharing my opinion of the experience.

The work was done very well and in the timeline they set. They were able to drop me off at home when I dropped the car off and deliver my car when the work was done. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and friendly. I will come back for more work.

These guys do such beautiful work! My tailgate looks like new and they even fixed up my car make emblem that was coming loose prior to the accident. Such nice people too. Shelby gives the best customer service! Thank you caliber collision!

I am completely satisfied with my recent repair expenses with caliber collision! April and Kayla and Shelby were absolutely amazing, kind, professional, and resolved my issue two weeks earlier than I expected. I have never worked with a company that works this well, this fast and does this amazing of a job. I hope I never get into another accident again, but if I do, I will be calling caliber collision.
