I had an excellent experience at this collision center after being rear-ended. As one of State Farm’s preferred repair facilities, the process was easy + efficient from the start. Within minutes of selecting them through the app, I received a call to schedule my drop-off. They assisted with initiating the rental car arrangements as well. I received frequent text message updates throughout the repair process, which was extremely convenient. Dustin was outstanding, and Sarah at the front desk was equally great. The gentleman who reviewed the vehicle with us at pickup was kind and professional. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and I would highly recommend them. What I thought would’ve been a lengthy, complicated process ended up being seamless. I can’t thank you all enough!!
