I am completely floored by the customer service I received. It did take some time to get in because of the flooded vehicles (I work in the automotive industry scheduling service appointments so I completely understand how backed up literally everyone in the area is), but I was scheduled for a time that really worked out for me. I was updated via text which is the best way to contact me and I was promptly answered when I had questions. Everyone was so nice. The technician(s) did an incredible job and my car looks better than it did before I got rear ended. I didn’t have to fuss with my insurance to cover the damage which saved me so much time. I appreciate the thorough wash as well. I cannot recommend your business enough. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

Initially worked with Michelle Cheramie who seemed to be organized and communicated well. She cancelled my first scheduled appointment for repair however, and rescheduled about 2 weeks later. I never heard from her again, so I dropped my car off he might before my appointment. There was no follow up to say “your car is here and we are initiating repair.” I called because I was concerned and learned that Michelle was no longer there.

Unfortunately, I can say that I have had multiple experiences having body work done by Caliber Collision in different locations, states in the U.S. I have had great satisfaction with each transaction. They have all been very professional and kept me informed of the progress. In every case I felt the body work done appeared as though no damage had occurred. I am thankful to have the positive experiences with Caliber. The Caliber Collision body shop in Navarre achieved the same level of satisfaction.

Well, I don’t know exactly when to start but my impression about being greeted by Michelle has put me at ease. She was very responsive, genuinely kind and helpful, the best customer service that anyone can ask for and she did it naturally. Maybe it’s just her personality, just perfectly right for the job. Also, another lady , Amy was very helpful too. The overall experience was amazing. I cant say thank you enough .
