Took my car there after I was hit from behind. They said it was just cosmetic and fix the bumper. It took almost a week and a half. I told them I had a problem with the step coming down, which wasn’t fixed. After I picked up the car I seemed to have more problems with the car then when I dropped it off. When I called to have these problems fixed I was told to call my insurance company and have the dealership fix my car. To me this is crazy, if I brought you the car to fix it, you should fix all. Especially the issues you caused!!
