worst experience with a body shop. Took this is a new body shop today and determined that this location (Sunnyslope - New Berlin) caused more damage than the original repair.

Impossible to get a hold of. I called 92 times in one day to try and get someone on the phone to determine what was going on with my car. Their corporate customer care line called 27 and still could not get a hold of anyone.

Friendly service, transparent, gave me an estimate after they actually looked at the car, which some repair shops were giving me quotes without even seeing the car telling me costs that were 5x as much. They kept us updated throughout the claim. The car was perfect when we picked it up.

Repair was done quickly and well. Everyone I had contact with was very courteous.. I appreciated the updates on how things were going. The only problem was at the end., when I received a call at 3:30 on Friday that my vehicle was done and I should pick it up by 5 o’clock. I was not welcome to leave it over the weekend.. so that caused a hugh rush and an imposition on a friend to drive me down.
