my only issue was on the front end of the process. i got more than enough calls to book the appt. frankly, i had difficulty understanding the overseas personnel on booking the appt. otherwise, more than satisfied at the local level. Andreas was great, along with the personnel at the shop when i picked up the car on monday. thank you,
