I dropped the car off on a Sunday night used the drop box for the keys. Heard nothing on Monday, called them on tues and they had not even looked at my car. I had made an appointment to drop off the car line 30 days ago, did they not notice the car was sitting on their lot . Really customer service? I received a call from them later in the week that they had not ordered all of the parts so they had to order more parts took even longer. This repair took over a week and all it was , was brackets under the bumper and a new rubber bumper cover. No painting or body work. Customer service really, mediocre at best.
