Hello, so I was ask how I would like to be contacted about the updates on my vehicle. If I would like a text, email or call. I chose calls. When I drop my vehicle off, I was told I would I get a call later on that day or the next day. I never received a called, text or email. So I wait a week than I called. I had to reach out twice, cause it wasn’t any communication taking place, unless I called. I’m pretty satisfied with the work, My side mirror is slight Imperfect. The 2 pieces aren’t completely closed together the way it should be. The bottom portion has a budge in it, causing it to stick out a little

I like the way this operation does business! I'm extremely pleased with the service I received. My vehicle was actually ready 2 days ahead of the estimated date of completion. Tony, the manager does an outstanding job communicating the process workflow & he's an A1 guy in my opinion. The technicians that I spoke with are very knowledgeable, friendly and well qualified for the work they do here. I would recommend Caliber to anybody that needs collision work done to their vehicle. They did an excellent job.

Doors look great however they are a pain to close, they have to be slammed and the back door is having lock issues.

The people at caliber collision did an awesome job on my vehicle. It looks totally new like nothing ever happened to it. I am so grateful and thankful with them and I greatly appreciate them.
