I had no difficulty in setting up the repairs with Caliber or the coordination with my insurance company to approve the repairs. The beginning appointment was easily completed and drop off went well. Honestly, I was so glad to be working with this group. My husband got hit by a drunk driver, so we went into this with so much stress and worry but Caliber Collision was on top of everything. I was updated on every step of the repair, and they even brought my husband’s truck to the house since I had my toddler and couldn’t pick up on my own. I cannot say enough good things about this service.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find my car clean- yall even cleaned up mine and my 2 yr olds messes! This extra step, along with the communication throughout the process, really felt like you went above and beyond! Shoutout to Julie and Cameron- yall were awesome!

The repair took a little longer than they originally told me it would take. But there were a lot of extenuating circumstances. They found two issues that the company I bought the truck from didn't tell me about, and fixed one of them.
