Jeff was very efficient at updating me regarding the time frame of when repairs would be completed. The receptionist was also efficient at making sure I was taken care of each time I’ve been to the location. Also, the repairs done looks awesome and I didn’t expect to get the car back clean as well! I’ve used a few different Caliber Collision locations over the years, but the Nolanville team is hands down a 10/10. A huge thank you to Jeff, the best customer service rep I’ve ever worked with—he kept me constantly updated and was incredibly patient. While he handled the communication, the team in the back worked at lightning speed; I was shocked to have my car back in just a week!
