Kyler was excellent, from keeping me informed of the process to keeping his word on when job would be completed. Not to mention the quality of work was outstanding. The car repairs look amazing. Overall, across the board Caliber Collision was wonderful to work with and receive a 5 out of 5 rating with my highest recommendation.

I wanted black emblems (which I provided) installed on my 2026 Honda Civic to replace the silver ones from the factory. I also requested the badges to be removed from the back of my Civic. Caliber did this for me at a third the price quoted by the dealership. The work was completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Juan Vidal was my service rep and he was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Caliber.

The repairs took an extended period of time due to a supply issue; but once the proper parts were received, the work was done aptly and efficiently. However, during the nearly 2-week period that my car was at the site, it was not charged as I had requested (twice). I had put my portable EV Charging cables in the car for that purpose

The staff we dealt with was wonderful. Polite, caring, knowledgeable, we could not have asked for more. We just picked up our vehicle, it looks great. I do wish someone would have contacted about the headlight lenses. The right side was replaced due to the accident. The right is clear and looks great, we would have paid out of pocket and have the left yellowed old original lens replaced while the vehicle was open Labor is costly.

So disappointed that only the right headlight lens was replaced. We would have appreciated a contact asking if we would like the left lens replaced while our vehicle was under repairs. We would have gladly paid the extra cost or asked our claims person if the additional cost could be covered. Our vehicle looks odd with one clear headlight lens and the other yellowed. That lack of contact will be a factor for any future work.

The staff we engaged with were great. Knowledgeable and polite. The repairs done well. We are disappointed that while our vehicle was disassembled we were not contacted and asked we would like to have the left headlight lens changed,we would have gladly paid the additional expense to have both lenses clear and not have one new clear and the other yellowing and not provide us with better headlight brightness. It would have taken a few moments while keeping us updated on our repairs to add the question and give us a day to respond.

Perfect experience which I've experienced before at show Moreno Valley office. That's why I came back second time here. Everything was done in a timely manner and you guys were on top of letting me know the progress and schedule it was accurate pretty much to the day And the work on a car was excellent. Any time I need work like this done? You all will be my very first and probably last call. Thank you for a good job.
