The paint job was good. The scratch on the chrome was not fixed. But the poor communication about the repairs needed was a bit disappointing. The damage was all superficial so I feel they should have done a better job estimating the repairs.

The overall service was good. The only reason I did not give a 10 was because the link that was supposed to keep me informed of any additional repairs and of the status was not accurate. I was told I would be notified of any changes to the estimate. It was a shock to get a text that said you can now pick up your car and then see the repair was 50% higher without discussing anything with me. Not so good at keeping me posted.
