My rear windshield wipers were installed backwards. In addition, just three weeks after getting my car back, parts on the bottom of the car is coming loose and beginning to dangle. At first look all repairs looked fine, but the quality of work can seriously be called into question.

I would rather the staff have not washed my windows. They left streaks on the interior and the side view mirrors that made it difficult to see with sun glare. I had to go back over and wash them again myself. The glass was fine before I dropped it off. I don't understand why they wiped the interior glass and then why it was done poorly.
