He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled properly. You can tell he takes pride in his team and the quality of service they provide. Kyler, my service advisor, was excellent to work with. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. His communication and customer service really stood out. Overall, the service was timely, the repairs were done well, and the customer care was top-notch. My car was there over a month. I didn't get any invoicing, breakdown, or anything really on the estimate of work to be done. I understand the insurance company was supposed to explain but then no one explained. Even how the bumper was reattached or why the tail light wasn't working any more.

When my truck got damaged, it leaked all the transmission fluid out when I picked my truck up, it barely showed transmission fluid on the dipstick in the hot range, which is supposed to be way up, I have an Allison transmission which is very expensive. I’m glad I checked it.
