The entire experience of getting my car repaired after an accident was easy and stress-free from the day I brought my car in... everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and great. Text updates kept me informed of the progress. And the finished product ...looks like a brand new car. I could not be happier with the service provided by Caliber. Great job and thanks to all 😀

At first I went here because I saw many great reviews this place had on google. The staff is great they were all kind, and respectful. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place. They estimated my car would be done by July 1st, it wasn’t. It took an extra week for me to get my car back. I kept calling the week of July 1st to make sure when to get my car and every single time I got a different response on when my car will be ready, very disorganized if you ask me. On top of that, I specifically asked them if it’s okay if I can bring my car in when they have the parts ready to reduce the waiting time and they said that was fine since they don’t have much space to keep cars anyways. Well it turns out they lied about that because I waited even longer than expected. When I got my car back it had absolutely no gas so they were definitely driving my car since when I dropped it off it had close to a half tank left. Not only that but they didn’t even fix the rear bumper which I specifically asked to get fixed since it has holes and marks from my incident. And to top it all of, they said they “cleaned” my car but it was the complete opposite, there were stains on my seats, windows, and my carpet was dirty. They didn’t clean anything whatsoever, instead they used my gas, got my car dirtier, and made me wait longer for my car. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody after my experience here, I’m genuinely upset because this was not I was expecting.
