My Experience

The car was beautifully restored. I must compliment Frances at the Pennington for exceptional communication and customer service skills, she actually listened. I will also like compliment shop tech Rafi who took his time to show me all the work that was done, after showing him a minor mistake on the door and he took upon himself to keep the car, fix it and drive it back to my house after he was done . I did not have to have my son and wife drive back to the shop to pick it up because I could not drive due to injuries from the accident. Thank you, you are the best!

This whole experience was seamlessly pleasant and easy, thanks to Fran at the front desk and everyone else whom I met during this whole process. Car was returned to me in better shape than when I dropped it off, in all aspects. I highly recommend using caliber for any auto body work.
