The technicians had to paint and prep the hood two times because the first attempt was botched. They tried to pass it off on me after the first time. There was dirt and debris in the clear coat.

We have gone to caliber collision for literally decades for vehicle repairs as we've been with AAA now for 41 years. I have never had a bad experience at caliber collision.

I really don't know how it gets better than this. I get in a car accident on June 10th. I bring my truck in for the repairs on June 11th. And then George gets me my car back on June 12th.

Normally 10. Used caliber and this location a few times and it was great. This time was not great

Took over two months. Still need to bring it back in to get a cracked tail lamp replaced. Missed a few spots on the paint and some plastic parts are loose. Will need to bring back in to get that fixed too

The car was returned to Caliber after 24hr from pickup. The hood and bumper were assembled in a sloppy manner. The ac line blew out the next day. The quality of the repair is unsettling.

I was kept in the loop which was nice although most of it was me reaching out constantly to get an update. Every update was worse than the last. Incorrect components were ordered SEVERAL times, the delay in repair was truly due to incompetence not part availability.
