The car was returned to Caliber after 24hr from pickup. The hood and bumper were assembled in a sloppy manner. The ac line blew out the next day. The quality of the repair is unsettling.

I was kept in the loop which was nice although most of it was me reaching out constantly to get an update. Every update was worse than the last. Incorrect components were ordered SEVERAL times, the delay in repair was truly due to incompetence not part availability.

I was treated with excellent customer care .. Paula in office had my paperwork complete and ready for me . Tizoc Ortiz over saw all and even made suggestions on a rubber Matt for tailgate area .. excellent customer service ,my car looks great and they did it in less than 4 days . I would recommend Caliber and the Costa Mesa location was a 10+ thank you so much , Kathy Bogart My car , Sharky is as good as new !
