The staff was professional. The work was exceptional. My car looks great. I’m really happy with the work. The only reason why I said nine is because somebody got the wrong phone number and kept calling my roommate and no matter what I seem to do that never resolved.

I was not notified that parts for my appointment were not available beforehand causing me to lose additional time since repairs have not been completed and I will need to return my vehicle and find a ride to and from the shop again. This appointment had been set for a few days, if parts were not available I should have been notified so that the repair could have been rescheduled. Please work on communicating with the customer better.

They kept me up-to-date. I just picked the car up, but it looks great. It was done when it’s supposed to be and the car was nice and clean when I got it couldn’t ask for anything else. They did a great job.
