I had a pleasant experience getting my car serviced after a fender bender incident I was involved in. Through my insurance, I was recommended this company and the location was close by, which was helpful since my coverage did not include a rental and it was easy to grab an Uber there for drop off and pick up. They were clear about the details of my repairs and kept me updated with specifics on what parts were needed before and after they took away the bumper and fender that needed replacing. Their projected pick up for my car was originally 2 weeks, but was able to pick up my car 4 days earlier than anticipated. Josue who was in charge of my claim was clear with providing information throughout the whole process. When I picked up my car, it was in pristine condition, they even washed my car and did some light cleaning of interiors. The general manager Randy informed me of the warranty of pieces replaced and can come through if any other issues with my car arises. Overall, extremely happy with how my car turned out and will gladly recommend to others.
