I have known & have had experience with this car repair shop for many years. The name has changed but the professional experience in car care has not..Your immediate Team of Kathy and Gary has always been easy to work with and their utmost care to the customer makes leaving Your car off to be repaired with confidence knowing when the work is done You are sure to return again! My car looked showroom new Yesterday when I picked it up! Great team with much experience and care for the customer.

Communication was great. Our car keeps making a noise still, haven't heard it before. Also their seems to be a connection issue with the lcd screen and done functions not working properly. For example, the GPS keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.

I respect the staff I have worked with before, but not going to lie, my vehicle was delivered to me in shoddy condition. It had dirt on the interior white seat, light scratches on the exterior that were evidence of poor handling in your custody, some will require touch ip paint. The car has smears on the exterior finish like a oily substance. Obviously not washed, and it appears to have been driven for whatever reason beyond reason. I never let my tank get below half and it was driven significantly based on a quarter tank of gas. I have worked with Century Collusion. Highly. Not sure what accounys for the shoddy customer service. I probably will not be seeking the services of Caliber again. Though I believe your Century Collision Staff themselves are still the best. They work at a level 10
