From the moment I talked on the phone with Cathy, I knew I had chosen the right place for my repairs. I was dealing with insurance claim and also needed a rental car. Not only did they exceed my expectations regarding customer service, but they also made my car look new again - which is quite the feat because was it was a new car that had been in an accident! Gary was thorough and clearly explained the repairs that were going to take place. Down to the last detail, my car was like new again. Thank you, Caliber Collison.
