When I dropped my truck off I was under the impression that my bumper was going to be replaced. Was informed that it may be another month before they can do the repair because they have to wait on parts. I realize it's not Calibers fault because of a parts shortage but I think it could have been possible to have had the parts ordered before scheduling the truck in. Other than that I've been totally happy with the service and work that has been performed.
