You people at Caliber were just incredible! You sent me texts daily with personal messages about what you were doing with the car, you talked to me on the phone several times, you are all so pleasant and efficient, and finally when I got in the car today, not only was it repaired perfectly, it was also cleaned like a brand new car! I don’t like to think that I’ll have to come back there to have more bodywork from another accident, but if something does happen to my car, the bodywork will be yours. Thank you for a wonderful service and such pleasant people!

Caliber Collision has got to be the best body shop in the United States. I had to have my whole back door replaced on my car, which meant a lot of parts coming from a lot of places, and parts are hard to get right now. They did everything they could to get things done as quickly as possible, and they also texted me personal messages every day about their progress. They were very receptive to my phone calls and questions. Kathy in the office and the gentlemen who work on the cars, all of them just great people. The work was done efficiently, beautifully, and on time. Excellent experience with an excellent company, and I have had work done by them before. It was also exceptional. Bravo, Caliber Collision ! Freindly people... but was told 2 to 3 days then 1 week then 2 weeks!?!? No car for 2 weeks & they couldnt get me a loaner car. Missed a 50th reunion!

Thanks for taking a BETTER look at my truck for hail damage. $734 was slightly less than the real dollar amount to return my vehicle to a brand new like appearance. Thanks to everyone at the shop. If repairs are ever needed in the future I will be back..

This is the second time I've had a vehicle work done at Caliber, and it's also the second time that my car came out looking pretty much brand new. I think the crew there really goes above and beyond what they need to do, and I really appreciate it. My car looks amazing. And it feels like my car again, after having been stolen and had crack smoked in it and God knows what else. So I was very happy when I got to drive at home today!
