Caliber Collision did great work on my car. They were upfront about the possibility of part delays due to Covid. I do have a couple of complaints. They never sent me a text saying my car could be picked up. I got a phone call asking if I was going to be in to pick it up before the weekend and I said, “oh. Is it done?” After that call I got the text, but it was too late for that day and they are closed on the weekend. I could have picked it up 4 days earlier. I was also frustrated that the bill was almost $1000 more than the estimate. While I have insurance and would only pay the deductible anyway, I would have liked a heads up. Again, great work on the car, just wish some communication would have been better.
