I had only positive interations with the entire staff at Calliper

I had a great experience with the calliper team. If Geico wasnt so argumentative this entire process would have taken much less time. But the team at calliper kept fighting for me with Geico and provided the necessary information to the primary adjuster, then to her supervisor when we had to go above her denials to get my car fixed properly. Leonard and Adam and Tory kept working and providing Geico information and updating them (and me) in the entire process.

My Experience

Once my car finally got to Caliber, they handled it in a very timely manner, and communicated with me as promised with updates. Calls were answered promptly and if Adam didn’t answer, he was quick to pick up the call or return it of out of shop. Tori was also lovely to deal with when I called in. I appreciate the hustle they showed and effort they put in to get my car back to me after my insurance company’s complete and total disregard for my time.

If I had any compliant it would be that they send me way too many texts keeping me informed. An initial text saying this is what we are doing and this is when it will be complet, along with either a text saying it is complete or a text saying it will be late and another saying it is complete. There is such a thing as too much contact.
