Low score not because of the employees, but because a paint booth can be out of service for over a week with no idea of when it would be fixed. They weren’t able to know when someone was going to come out to fix the booth for too long.

Unfortunately I've had to use you several times due to accidents. Your customer service is top notch. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The continuous updates are very helpful. There is nothing more frustrating than having to call and wait on hold to find out the status. Finally, the work is beautiful. I am amazed out how great my Jeep looks. I hope to not have to use you again, but I would wholeheartedly recommend you others!

The repair quality was great. The only issue I had was the tire pressure on all my tires was not per standard. I got an error message on my car the night I picked up the car due to low tire pressure. It made me feel uneasy that I picked up the car with low tire pressure.
