Your entire team from the mechanics, front desk and the regional manager Rob are unprofessional. My vehicle was returned initially with pieces falling off and repair didn't even begin until 3 weeks after drop off! It went back 3 more times and they're yet to correct the issue. Unprofessional and below subpar workmanship. Nicholay is a liar, going as far as telling me that she has being fixing cars for 10years only for Rob to say she's not even a mechanic, which actually makes sense. She might just be fixing the vehichle as it looked like Frankenstein! YOU PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE! That location should be shut down! More worried about finding IRS paperwork than assisting their customers! Every single person should be fired, terrible and useless!!!

Caliber Collision is the best. Between ordering my parts and fixing my vehicle it only took a week. Customer Service and Communication was great they answered any questions I had and was very professional. Prior to taking my vehicle I lost $40 I assumed it was in my car because that was the last place I was at but didn’t realize it until I dropped my car off they was so honest and loyal they found it while cleaning my car and put the money in my visor. I give these guys a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much Caliber Collision.

I came in just to get an opinion about my side for a mirror. The gentleman that helped me not only looked at the work to be done, but said if you give me an hour, we can do the job now. I drove away about an hour and 10 minutes later with the mirror repaired. The repairman did an excellent job.
