After the 1st attempt of repair I was highly unsatisfied because the parts didnt fit, it looked like garbage and I cant believe any technician or manager would allow a vehicle to be returned to someone the way my vehicle looked. After the 2nd attempt, I had to slightly argue to get a part adjusted because things still weren't fitting correctly. Once that was done my vehicle looked much better.

I was initially greeted with (now looking back) an obvious sales pitch for me to have caliber collision repair my vehicle. Everyone was so nice during my repair and then when I was unsatisfied with the repairs I feel I was met with initial willingness to help and then the feeling that I was burdening the employee with my dissatisfaction.
