I took the Jeep in to get an estimate for repair. I specifically told the gentleman helping me that I didn't want the door repaired that I wanted it replaced. He said that the door could not be repaired. I also said that I wanted a new tire, because I didn't know if the side wall had been compromised. Since I wasn't going to be able to bring the Jeep back until February 9, I asked if all of the parts would be there so it didn't have to sit and wait. I was told that they would be. I received a call on February 11, with a status on the Jeep. I was told that they determined that the door could not be repaired and they had to replace it and went ahead and ordered a new door. I was then told that they determined that there wasn't any issues with the tire. I told them I specifically wanted that tire replaced, she agreed and ordered a tire. Imagine how frustrated I was. That everything I was told didn't happen, which I am guessing added 2-3 additional days to the repair of my Jeep.
